Lauren is what we refer to as ‘our IT genius.’ She is a proficient accountant and an expert in all things computing.
For clients, Lauren is a one-stop-shop of knowledge on different accounting software and its features. She analyses clients’ needs and then not only advises them which IT solution is best for them, she installs it, provides full training and ongoing support.
What’s best about Lauren’s expertise is that she works independently of the software providers – she has an objective overview of the different products available and won’t try to sell you additional features you won’t use.
Lauren is currently on maternity leave.
