Welcome to our first newsletter – it has been a busy couple of months and Ann-Maree, Neil and Sue have been working hard to ensure a smooth transition for both our team and our clients.  Apart from a change at the helm it’s business as usual with our great team providing you with effective accounting solutions. Administration Team:
The friendly administration team is your first point of contact for all queries.  The team are responsible for invoicing, debtors, assisting with Company and Trust Administration, payroll administration and providing support to the accounting team.

Accounting Team: Our accounting team have an extensive wealth of knowledge and expertise to enable them to meet your accounting and taxation needs.  They are your point of contact for general queries relating to the preparation of your annual accounts and taxation returns including GST, PAYE and FBT.  In addition to this the team are able to offer IT training and support for Xero, Quickbooks and MYOB as we have in house certified trainers.

Seminar - Impact of the budget changes on you.

As you are aware there have been many changes to the tax system as a result of the budget announcement on 20th May 2010 that could affect you.

If you are registered for GST you need to start planning now for the rate increase of 15% from 1 October 2010. You will need to consider the impact this will have on GST returns, accounting processes and software, invoicing, receipts and your suppliers, customers or clients.

From 1 October you'll need to make sure you issue invoices and account for GST at 15%.

We are therefore holding a seminar for our clients and their guests:
