For most of us, especially Cantabrians, 2010 has been a year full of challenges and the September Earthquake in particular has made the business environment even more challenging.
As Canterbury is now recovering the outlook for 2011 is looking promising and the festive season is a time for reflection on the year that has passed and plan for the year ahead.
Now is a great time to look over the last 12 months in your business, focusing on what has worked well and what hasn’t and take the time to put in place some goals for 2011.
