Our thoughts go out to all the people who have been affected by Tuesday’s earthquake.
We confirm that everybody at Sterling Accountants is safe and well, however, our offices are closed due to the earthquake and will remain closed until they have been fully assessed. We are hoping to be up and running via email by Monday 28 February, but will keep you updated on this progress.

Please note that if you are unable to file your returns or make tax payments on time because you can't access your premises or the consequences of the earthquake physical prevent this, the IRD are able to wavier late payments and late filing penalties on a case by case basis.
As soon as you are able to, file your returns and make payments, then contact us regarding your current situation. We will then be able to contact the IRD on your behalf
